Sydney is surrounded by beaches and its energetic central business district is positioned on breathtaking Sydney Harbour, meaning a water view is never far away. Both of UNSW's Sydney campuses are within easy reach of famous beaches and landmarks, as well as the buzzing city centre.
The University of New South Wales offers six residence halls which welcomes a community lifestyle that encourages new friendships. However, if you are looking more for independent living, UNSW apartments are also offered on-campus.
Students are responsible for their own trans-pacific transportation. Local transportation is also the responsibility of the student. The easiest way to travel around is by modern public buses, trains, ferries and trams. Sydney is also an easy city to explore by foot.
